Returns policy for Crimson Princess account holders
When you create a Crimson Princess account, you automatically qualify for our outstanding 365 days return policy. This means that we will accept any returned products within 365 days, whatever the reason, even if it has been used.
Account holders will be offered a replacement product, or full refund, up to 365 days after you have received your order if you’re not satisfied with your product.
Returns policy for those without a Crimson Princess account.
Orders placed without a Crimson Princess account do not qualify for our 365 days return policy. However, new and unused products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after the item has been received. If the item is faulty, please contact Crimson Princess within 21 days to report the item as defective and arrange a return.
Returning a product
Returning a product to Crimson Princess is very simple. To ensure that your return arrives safely to us, please attach the Free Post returns label which can be found in your parcel and take it to the most convenient post office. When you process the return, ensure that you retain the receipt from the post office as proof of your return, just in case your parcel is lost in transit. All returns must include a Returns Form available below.
Once your item has been received at our warehouse, we will process your choice of a refund or replacement. This can take up to 30 days during busy periods. However, the process usually takes much sooner. Once your refund has been processed, allow 5 working days for your funds to credit your account.
