How old do you need to be to shop at Crimson Princess?

Our website is strictly for those over the age of 18.

Do you have a shop that I can visit?

In order to keep our costs as low as possible, Crimson Princess operates online only.

How do I know that my information is secure?

Crimson Princess subscribes to the must up to date and secure SSL technology to ensure that all the information provided by our customers is completely secure. At the top of each page, near the address bar there is a l see a small padlock with the words ‘secure’ next to it, this means that your browsing experience is completely secure.

Our payments are currently taken by Paypal and Paypal Payment Pro - a facility that allows you to make card payments without having to create a Paypal account, both the leading worldwide organisations responsible for taking payments. Your credit card details are taken securely by these providers and are not passed to us, or any third parties. given to us.

Furthermore, any information collected during the transaction, such as your name, email and address are for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. No information is ever passed onto any third parties.

If I use a card to make a transaction, how will Crimson Princess be shown on a bank statement?

If you use a card to make payment, you will see the name CP Ltd on your bank statement and online accounts. At no point will the name Crimson Princess be used.

Will my item be discreetly packaged?

Your privacy is of upmost importance to us, and therefore all of our products arrive in discreet brown packaging or padded postage bags. The packaging usually consists of a box for larger items and padded bags for smaller items, all of which are very high quality to ensure that the packaging is discreet, durable and protects the product inside.

We are required to write a return address on the package. However, rest assured that the company name will appear anywhere on the packaging. Instead, we use the return address of Unit 14 Sefton Business Park, Olympic Way, Aintree, Merseyside L30 1RD as the return address.

Can I return my items if I am not happy with it?

At Crimson Princess we have an enviable 365 day returns policy for those who have a Crimson Princess account. This entitles the account holder to return any product that they have bought from us within 365 days of receiving it, even if it has been used. Whatever the reason for the return, the account holder will be offered a replacement product.

Those who did not have a Crimson Princess account when they placed their order do not qualify for our 365 days return policy. However, new and unused products in their original packaging can be returned to us for a full refund up to 14 days after the item has been received. If the item is faulty, please contact Crimson Princess within 21 days to report the item as defective and arrange a return.

To ensure that your return arrives safely to us, please attach the Tracked 48 returns label which can be found in your parcel and take it to the post office. When you process the return, ensure that you retain the receipt from the post office as proof of postage, just in case your parcel is lost in transit.  Once your item has been received at our warehouse, we will process your choice of a refund or replacement. This can take up to 30 days during busy periods. However, the process usually takes much sooner. Once your refund has been processed, allow 5 working days for your funds to credit your account.

Are returned items ever resold to other customers?

Absolutely not.

It is possible to place an order by telephone. Simply call 03334446969 during our operating hours to speak to an advisor. Our operating hours are:

Once I have placed an order, is it possible to cancel it?

You can cancel your order, or return your item for a full refund within 14 days if the product is in full packaging and unused. If the item has already been despatched when the order is cancelled, we will process the refund once the product has been returned. In order to return the item, you can either refuse delivery and the item will be returned directly to us, or you can complete the returns form and process the return at your nearest post office. If the order has already been despatched when you cancel it, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

I don’t live in the United Kingdom, is it possible to order from Crimson Princess?

It is possible to order from Crimson Princess if you live outside the United Kingdom. Delivery costs will be calculated when you input your delivery destination and all items are posted the same day if ordered before 5pm (UK time) on Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 5pm on Friday, or during the weekend will be posted on the following Monday.

Overseas delivery may take approximately 5 days, although some countries may take a little longer.
