Orders placed in UK mainland on Monday to Friday before 5pm will be despatched the same day, whilst orders placed after 5pm on Friday to Sunday will be despatched the following Monday.
We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail International Delivery to deliver our customer orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Royal Mail tracked (48 hours) - £2.99 or free on orders over £30.
- Royal Mail tracked (24 hours) - £3.99 or free on orders over £60.
- Royal Mail special delivery - £7.99 or free on orders over £200.
What happens if I am not at home when my parcel arrives?
If your parcel arrives when you are not at home. Royal Mail will return the parcel to their nearest depot for collection. The address of the depot will be shown on the card that you receive from them. Parcels are held at the Royal Mail depot for approximately 18 calendar days before being returned back to us. However, you can contact the number on the Royal Mail card to rearrange a redelivery at a more convenient time.
What happens if my order is late?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days. Please contact us straight away so that we can put things right.
